Everything staff room and the beds are great location is perfect

There is a certain dense smell when go first in the hotel lobby i think need to improve on fresh air circulation

The property was clean very well maintained and the rooms where specious. The staff was really friendly and welcoming.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue not all there staff especially the receptionist should at least know how to speak English that will have helped way better. But they did try to communicate with us but it was challenging especially the first day.

Very warm welcome and helpful, quick check-in. The very friendly staff recommended very nice places to eat and drink. The room was beautiful, modern, and very large. Safe neighborhood, close to everything!

I liked the friendly staff. I do not speak Portuguese, but they all tried their best to help and even speak to my Yango drivers when we couldn't understand each other. The hotel was nice. They helped me book a trip to Ponta D'ouro which was great. Stuff was always available to assist.

The location of the hotel on google maps is wrong so Yango and Uber drivers always get lost and since I don't speak Portuguese it was always hard to explain where I will be. Bathroom towels are not changed often so I spent the duration of my 5 day stay with dirty towels They need to install a shower door, when bathing water spills all over the bathroom because the shower has no door and the floor towel is not enough to dry the floor.
