Conveniently located in central Maputo. Very helpful staff at the reception, brilliant girls! The Manager is pleasant too. Ask them for restaurant recommendations.

They do not serve breakfast!

Oryx felt like home during my stay in Maputo. I had left the hotel for another only to return. The staff was beyond helpful. They arranged transport and always greeted me by name. My friend commented on how everyone knew me there and I had only stayed 2 seperated nights. I wouldn't think twice about booking again. The rooms are not only pristine in terms of cleanliness they are comfortable to boot. It was hard to get out of bed every morning, but I had a city to explore.
