it was not clean, the towels were not fresh. I indicated 3 people in the reservation, there were only 2 towels. the smell of cigarettes persists

I've been badly disappointed by it's cleanliness. It's been a bit dirty. I can't say, that nobody has cleaned this before our arrival, but the dirt was really old, floor was sticky. And, honestly, dirty towel... it was too much :(
