Bon rapport qualité-prix, chambre vaste, personnel de l'hôtel à côté très gentil.

L'emplacement très très près de la voie ferrée, beaucoup de bruit à chaque passage du train !

It was sold as part of Chola Heritage. they took the payment for the reservation but did not look after servicing us. There is no wi fi. The bathroom is 4 steps down and a plot for people to slip and fall as the tiles are slippery. No kitchen available for tea, or meals. There is no counter on the sink. They do not provide basis soap and shampoo. Overall a budget property. better to stay at Subhalakshmi hotel. Located next to railway line so rail horns wake you up all night.

Very professional staff, all the staff is kind and caring. The palace and cottage are very well maintained and you can choose the room if they are available. Cottage is less expensive but main palace room are superior! We spent a very comfortable stay and felt the spirit of Chettinad heritage houses. Hope we'll come back one day!
