It was roomy, inviting and super convenient to my travel route.

Check-in was a little unusual since I arrived late and the office was closed. But instructions were easily obtained by calling their contact number.

I was a little skeptical at first, however, it was perfect. Was flying out of Lubbock airport and it is so close. It only took a matter of a couple of minutes to get there. The facility was clean and big enough for a family. Had everything you could possibly need there. Really appreciated it and will use it again!

"Horrible! Got charged for nothing!"

I booked the property through my booking.com app, then realized it was an RV park not a high end hotel says soon as I got the confirmation and tried to cancel immediately . Even though my booking claims to be cancel free and I tried to cancel within minutes of booking the property gave me a snotty response to the request nd said I’d have to cancel with booking.com. Booking .com said I was too late! There is no way I could find to talk to a person at booking .com and their “help” feature sucks. I’ll have to fight the charge through my credit card company. What a pain. First bad ex perience I’ve had with booking.com, but it will make me wary of them now.
