Bilder stimmen nicht mit der Wohnung überein. Toiletten und Bäder eher dreckig. In einen der beiden Bäder roch es jeden Tag sehr muffig nach Abfluss. .

This apartment is not only modern and beautiful, it is located right in the best part of the vibrant city, yet it is tugged away in a quiet and green side street, surrounded by trees and parks nearby. The living and bedroom are both spacious and stylish. The cute and functional kitchen has a nice view of the private secret garden with its stunning trees and some old historical walls on both sides. It is the most valuable part of the house that made our stay very special.

Spacious and comfortable apartment at a nice location. Not new, but well preserved and decorated with taste. Patio is very nice even in the winter. Heaters work perfectly. Kitchen has all the basic stuff needed. Metro station is 2mins away.

Received check-in instructions last minute (actually a bit after the agreed check-in time). As I didn't have mobile internet abroad that was costly and stressful.

Location

After one night in the 1st apt, we were asked to move to a different apt for the rest of our stay this because the owners needed 1st apt. It was said that this switch of apts was an upgrade. I would like say that this was not the case.  I paid for the 1st apt announced facilities on Booking. Com and many of those were not applicable to the 2nd apt.I had specially requested  a private bathroom not ensuite, it was smaller, no balcony or garden, no hairdryer, etc. On several occasions i reached out to both apt admin and booking. Com to request that I should be compensated but until now no response from either.

The apartment is big and in a perfect location on Andrassy boulevard, quiet, yet central, 20 minutes of light walk to centre, 10 minutes to Heroes Square and city park. The communication with the host went well. The heating was excellent, the wifi was fast enough. It was cold outside, so we didn't use the patio, but that is also a nice bonus in other seasons.

Nothing big bothered us, although there is room for improvement in terms of equipping the apartment with some really small and inexpensive stuff that could make guests feel more welcome. There is an oven, but not an oven mitt, there are dishes, but no drying rack, there is a nespresso machine, but not a single welcoming capsule, stuff like that.

Location, size, equipment, all for long or short stay. Highly recommend

Excellent location, very spacious and close to everything

We would have liked the check in details sooner. As a new visitor to Budapest arriving on a late flight, it is reassuring to know the details in advance not when you arrive that night. The experience was quite stressful. Having the check in code the day before would have been a lot better.

I like the apartment and the living space inside. The location was just perfect 👌

I didn't like the outside garden area. There was no sun due to the surrounding buildings. Felt it would be nicer with concrete instead of grass.

Excellent size, spacious, cool. Really liked the mini garden and access to outdoor space.
