Well-equipped apartment, perfect for a comfortable stay. It has everything you need – a functional kitchenette, a little living room, and two bedrooms. Extras like a washing machine, a coffee machine with capsules, and air conditioning in the living room add to the convenience. The host was especially kind and attentive, making sure everything was just right – you can really feel the care and thought put into the place. A very positive experience overall! The apartment is located close to the city center, and everything is within walking distance

The beds are generally comfortable, though the spring-based bed frames might not suit everyone.

It was very clean, and practical. We found everything we needed, could do laundry and we definitely enjoyed the terrace. The welcoming cookies were a nice attention. Tee, coffee, and olive oil were also available.

The location is good. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. We asked for a few more things and the owner organized them immediately. Communication with the owner is active and the answers are immediate.

The shower cabin would need a bit of updating, but otherwise everything was OK.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location a few steps away from the main square and streets. Fabio was very attentive and solved any query quickly and effectively.

Minor issue noted, the bathroom is quite small but still perfectly workable

Automated key retrieval. Owner was super each to communicate with. They left a bottle of wine on the table for us! Functional AC. Terrace was awesome. Well stocked kitchen. Paid parking on street (free at night). Probably free parking available further out. Close to city center.

Slightly dated apartment and furniture - kind of adds to the character.

Location was very convenient to tour the Asti historical center. The terrazza was great for morning cafe and after dinner drinks. Ease of the self check-in and flexible check-out. Air con worked well.

Cooking equipment was minimal, and frying pan needs replacement. The apartment needs a good professional cleaning.
