Hi guys I am from India we are 3 peoples booked a room in Nuwara eliya through booking.com stayed in Waterfield Bungalow by Liyozi Leisure at Nuwara eliya for 15 Apr 2025 to 17 April 2025 we checked in the room around 2:40 pm we are 3 people stayed in family room , the room was very worst and the bathroom is so horrible if we went to bathroom means we want to fill the water because western toilet top cap is not there. So I asked a reception guy to sort out the bathroom issue but he said he will sort out the issue on may second week , I asked to give another room but he refused it. For 2 night he charged for 60 dollar for this room , and he speak so rudely at the time of checkout like he is saying indian people are always negotiating he say people from Europe and uk won't tell any issue. He is so rude speaking at the time of checkout the room. Very horrible experience in my life.

Clean & comfortable ,worth for money very near to nuwara eliya town

I arrived at this booking at 8:00 p.m. after sending a message to say that the bus from Kandy was delayed and stuck in traffic and that I would be there by 8:00 p.m. I arrived at 8:00 p.m. and was shown to my room by a young boy who spoke little English and I paid him in full 2250 rupees. The room was perfect except that the toilet did not flush in the morning. I left at 7:15 a.m. to take the bus to Ella. Booking.com sent me a message the following day to ask me whether I had stayed at this establishment because they said I was a no-show! I informed them that I stayed and paid the full price. Due to these circumstances I absolutely would not recommend this accommodation for anyone due to the fact that they are completely dishonest. They should not be allowed to list their place on booking.com with this kind of dishonest behavior.

Location of prior is just 1.2 km from Nuwara Eliya bus stand but it is far away from Gregory lake (~3 km)

Very comfortable to stay. Worth for money.

Great location, amazing common area! I stayed 4 days only but felt like home. And above all the manager is such kind, accommodating and helpful person! Definitely recommended when in Nuwara Eliya. Super close to the centre and yet very quiet street, so no traffic noise which I highly prioritize when traveling. Also the WIFI worked perfectly fine which is not that obvious in Sri Lanka.
