"O ar condicionado devia desligar mais tarde e fazer menos barulho."

Localização excelente, um espaço novo e acolhedor.

Cozinha partilhada e o ar condicionado além de fazer imenso barulho estava programado para desligar o que com 38graus tomou muito difícil dormir, por causa do calor.

"Nice stay but disappointed."

It is a great location and the room was large.Nice bathroom and comfy bed.

The fact that it was advertised as a 1 bedroom with 3 beds.When in fact it was a room in an apartment with shared kitchen and eating area.Only 1 bed and a sofa .It was an upmarket hostel.

A localização do hotel é realmente maravilhosa, e o quarto é amplo e confortável, pontos muito positivos que valorizam bastante a hospedagem.

No entanto, tivemos alguns pontos que acabaram comprometendo a experiência: o ar-condicionado não refrigerava diretamente, um cheiro de gás, o que deixou o ambiente um pouco desconfortável, principalmente à noite. Além disso, o chuveiro não esquentava, o que foi um problema durante o banho.

"In short a great location and we loved our trip."

Very spacious. Excellent location for all buses and trains. Local restaurants within easy walking distance. Clean apartment overlooking piazza with many local activities going on. Host was very helpful and responsive to any requests.

The kitchen is shared, which isn’t obvious from description, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Fridge and kettle in the room. All crockery needed is available, along with cooking facilities. It can be noisy being close to town centre and piazza, but this is expected when staying in a lively city.

"We were welcomed by Antonio at the main entrance, he even allowed us to check in early, due to our early flight arrival."

I loved the decor, with stunning marble floors, it was beautiful inside of a beautiful building. We opted for a balcony room that looked over the square. The facilities were fantastic. I will stay here from now on whenever I visit the city.

I loved everything.
