North Lagoon Dakhla Kitesurf Spot

UN VRAI SANS FAUTE !! Du début à la fin tout a été absolument parfait ! Le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable, aux petits soins, ils ont rendus notre séjour encore mieux. La nourriture est juste WAHOU ! L’emplacement est parfait aussi ! Les chambres ont une super vue sur la lagune ! On a déjà hâte d’y retourner ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour et leur aide.

Maravillosa la experiencia en North Lagoon Dakhla. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, concretamente enfrente de la laguna, solamente hay que cruzar una carretera con poco tráfico y en 3 minutos andando estás en el agua. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, decoradas y la atención al cliente por parte del equipo que trabaja es de diez. Especialmente Oussama, un chico muy amable y atento en todo momento, él te hace sentir como en casa. También Youssef, siempre con una sonrisa. Había leído otras reseñas en las cuales se decia que la comida era muy buena, después de haberla probado, confirmo que está riquísima, variedad y productos locales. Gracias a todo el equipo de North Lagoon y también a su dueño Adam, un hombre muy simpático que se preocupa por los clientes.

La ubicación es fantástica, el trato increíble y la comida cada dia variada y muy buena, además de mucha cantidad y nunca te quedas con hambre.

Falla de vez en cuando la luz y el agua pero es normal porque estamos en el desierto.

Oussama au restaurant et Ayman au Kite ont été vraiment adorables

El personal fenomenal, es como alojarte con una familia. Son todos un encanto. Cualquier problema intentan solucionarlo en la mayor brevedad y hacen que te sientas como en casa.

No había agua caliente. La limpieza del baño de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible.. Rooms were very clean and properly cleaned daily. Very tasty food.

There were some issues that got annoying after 7 days of the same problem. For example, there were never enough glasses for water on the table. Even after asking every meal for extra glasses, we ended up having to share our glass almost every time. The bar ran out of soda or any other drink after two days, and it took them multiple days to refill the fridge. This made us have to go to a hotel nearby every time for drinks. The kitesurf material that could be rented was very well priced, but not in the best condition. If you want excellent material that has been well taken care of, I suggest going to a different rental.spot. Two of the rooms we booked had a good shower. However, in the third room there was almost no water coming out of the shower head. This made us have to use the shared bathroom from the camping, which was not ideal.

Very good value for money. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, and the food was great — especially the fresh fish. The kite facilities are nice and the North Lagoon spot had wind every day. The tent was comfortable and the whole place had a relaxed, familiar atmosphere. They also organized a traditional evening with singing and a bonfire, which was a really nice touch. Thank you!

The internet connection works but reception could be improved.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and kind: Oussama l'ambassadeur with Omar on the service, Abraham on the room clean, and the amazing kiteschool guys: the best of the best Ayman who made our kite progression and stay 5-stars, Youssef, Ahmed and so many more! A fun team of people that we call friends at the end and that have made our stay exceptional! Food was delicious and accomodation perfect right on the spot to kite all day! Highly recommend
