All the staff - and the owner/manager in particular - were exceptional. The location with sunset views were perfect.

The building is brand new and it seems architecturally there has been attention to detail. It has potential to be a very good facility if several changes happen. Next to the sea (as all facilities in the area), a supermarket and restaurants.

I could not see the value for money. The room was missing basic things that were provided to us after request. (Carbage bin, drying hangers, tissues). A table was also missing and provided, on owners initiative, 3-4 days after we arrived. We could only have breakfast on the balcony using some very low stools. In addition a table and a chair was missing from the room as well as a place where we could put our clothes. We ended up using our luggage to store clothes. In general we got the feeling that those rooms had just finished construction and the management was figuring out what to do with them. The breakfast was delivered to our room by car by a neighboring hotel which seems convenient and luxurious but the truth is that we ended up having to plan what time we'll eat a day in advance. The bathroom window did not have a protection net for flies and mosquitos which is standard in Aegean islands. As a result you either keep window closed in a toilet without exhaust or you keep it open and hunt flies during the day, something we ended up doing. Additionally although the bathroom uses expensive and premium material the floor is uneven, water is not directed to the drain and as a result there is always water on the floor after somebody has a shower. What you actually get is an average sized room with sea view and all the issues I explained. I can't justify 350 euro per night for this experience especially after roaming for few days to other Aegean sea islands (ios, paros) and comparing it with other facilities. I could give a 5 star despite all the issues if the room was priced at 180-230 range. When you pay bellow average you expect bellow average. Lastly be aware that the hotel main page has several photos of shimming pools. Those are NOT what you get with this room but what you get with the private villa (3 times more pricey).

We really loved our stay here. We loved the location - close to the beach and nice restaurants. Comfortable beds. Lovely VERY accommodating host! The outdoor pool area is wonderful.

There was a lot of construction going on in the area which made it a bit noisy during the day. The layout of the unit is a bit awkward. We booked the largest unit with hot tub and swimming pool but didn't realize that they are actually two separate units connected by a covered outdoor staircase. This layout wasn't ideal for us. We would just book the lower unit with pool if we came again. The breakfast is brought daily from another location - as a result it was usually a bit cold. We stayed for a week and most days the same / very similar selection (cold meats, bread, sweet and savory pastries) was brought. When we requested fruit the host was incredibly accommodating!

Everything! Location, accommodation, swimming pool and Anna and her staff! Breakfast delivery was amazing too!

The property is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped for a family. The location is excellent and Anna and the staff are simply amazing.
