"For false room photo and hotel amenities on their website about that Jaipur palace hotel, booking.com must refund my 14"

Totally unexpected room was so bad that I left hotel within 2 hours .., it’s may be 500 rupee worth per night.

I am really unhappy , how booking.com make false advertisement for hotel booking such like disgusting hotel where room is unclean, old tiles, old towel, toilet disgusting, cockroach, bed bug .. While Booking.com acts as a middleman, they do have a responsibility to ensure their listings aren't fraudulent
