The room scents was amazing

The window blinds were not closing properly

The location is central and closer to the place we where going too

The bed made noises, the air on wasn’t working it only provided cold air. When we arrived, no one was there and we had to wait.

We liked the location

We were struggling to open doors it was so frustrating because we had to call the caretaker to come and assist everytime we want to get inside the rooms. The other thing is that two rooms did not have hot water in the morning we had to make a plan for them to bath. Am so disappointed I didn't expect that

No running water in both rooms in showers ,after asking staff he said he will sort it out but never did.

Cleanliness

Nothing

The place was spacious , nicely located in a safe area , the garden is beautiful.

The shower is dirty , the noise was up to 2am

Nothing.

The air conditioner was not working and there was lot of mosquitos and there were people drinking alcohol in the yard and making noise.
