Ecotel Quinta Regia

Gardens were lovely. Room was large and clean and comfortable.

We chose this property for the tennis court and the staff were painting the tennis court! So, it was kind of sad but no one’s fault. Crazy timing!

Sopa de Lima in the restaurant was excellent!!

Air conditioner didn’t work…

The property and rooms are beautiful and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the center.

The pool was a little unkept and the staff wasn’t the most helpful or friendly.

comfortable rooms, good parking spaces, quiet area without city noice and easily accessible to the center of the city. Polite staff and a bonus having a pool and tennis court too.

The restaurant can be better and livelier. The rooms could have been lit better and more drinking water can be provided, especially with a family of three.

the property is very old & run down. dusty & needs repair & updating. pool tiles & sun loungers in desperate need of repair. loud music/people often in the corridors

The rooms were big and there was a pool which we used quite a bit It had some faded charm

The property is quite dated It was the most expensive place we stayed by a long way, we booked it last minute. 21% taxes were added when we got there, we didn't have a choice to stay somewhere else. I had a weird noisy plastic sheet on my bed and provision of extras in the room (water/coffee etc) wasnt consistent. Its a hotel used by tour groups and people come and go early/late - the rooms a very noisy with little soundproofing It would have been OK if it wasn't so expensive
