staff friendly.

The corridor has a strong musty smell, and even when the air conditioning is set to the coldest, the room still feels hot. I think the walls should be repainted and fixed because it appears to be covered in mold. Additionally, there are small cockroaches in the room.

The aesthetic of the hotel was on point. Lobby was clean. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel in a walking distance. Close to the airport as well

There were many small cockroaches lingering around in the room Towels were barely a towel. They were so thin you could see through it The window in the room could not close, so there was a lot of noise coming from outside. Walls were damaged due to condensation
