Чудесен апартамент на топ локация - супер централна улица в Риека. Само на 6 минути пеша от автогарата. Близост до прекрасната пекарна Млинар, супермаркети, кейовете и ресторанти около тях. Сградата е старинна, апатртаментът е на няколко нива. Намира се на третия етаж. Кухнята разполага с всички необходими основни удобства. В едната спалня има прекрасен голям прозорец с гледка към цялата главна улица долу. Помещенията са светли.

Като повечето старинни сгради в центъра, източването на канализацията е малко по-бавно.
