Location is fantastic, clean and spacious. AC in the room. You enter in a charming property

The room is under the roof so it gets very warm in summer (luckily the AC was helping)

La posizione

3 piani a piedi, lo staff non l’ho mai visto, la camera che mi hanno assegnato aveva il terzo letto incompleto e si trovava in una mansarda. Tra l’altro credo anche che quella stanza non fosse nemmeno a norma. L’unica via d’uscita era la porta d’ingresso perché la finestra con le sbarre chiusa, dava nel lucernario del piano di sotto. Alloggiando a giugno, abbiamo trovato un ventilatore e un condizionatore portatile molto rumoroso.

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti forti della struttura. Si ci può tranquillamente muovere a piedi avendo tutto a portata di mano. Inoltre sottolineo la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Fabiana che si è occupata di noi durante il nostro soggiorno.

La stanza era un pò più piccola del previsto e faceva molto caldo. Abbiamo pagato un pò tanto se si contano questi due aspetti che ovviamente hanno influito sul comfort, però bisogna ricordarsi dell'ottima posizione della struttura e certamente anche questo ha un prezzo.

Spacious room

The room is located just above two fish shops, causing a constant fishy smell. No table or desk to work on in the room (even though there is sufficient space for it). The air conditioning advertised on booking.com did not work, and opening the window at night was also unpleasant because the area is very busy and noisy. After booking the room via booking.com you will receive messages from the landlords to arrange a meeting for check-in. Because I had not read their message long in advance (that is not my job when booking a place to stay), I let them know my arrival time when I was almost in Bologna by train. At first, I received no reply, and only just before arrival did I receive a message via WhatsApp from the landlord's "friend" saying that she would be a bit late. We then agreed on an arrival time, but that person was not there on time either, so I had to sit on the ground in front of the door with my luggage to wait. When complaining about this, I was told that I should have contacted their "friend" (who is in charge of the check-in) earlier (apparently, they consider this the job of their guests), and that they also sent me a message telling me about the not-working Airco. Considering the price they charge, I do not consider this decent service.

Posizione centralissima, a pochi metri da Piazza Maggiore. Il palazzo d'epoca è bellissimo. La persona che si è occupata del check in è stata fondamentale per risolvermi un problema con il condizionatore
