Lo staff é stato sempre molto gentile e attento anche verso i bambini, oltre ogni aspettativa. Colazione e cena molto buoni, camera pulita e dotata di ogni comfort.

La posizione è più idonea ad un soggiorno invernale, in estate la montagna é un po’ spoglia e poco idonea a camminare con bambini piccoli. É invece consigliata agli amanti del downhill.

The rooms are charming, wooden with window ceiling. The location on the mountain is beautiful. The chef made us a salad as we are vegetarians and had only one pasta dish on the menu.

On the night of our stay there was a party until 1am. A few days before we arrived they advised us that there would be a party on the terrace, but they neglected to mention that the terrace is directly below all of the rooms, and that the party was a commercial rave with tickets being sold at the door. The room physically shook and it was impossible to sleep. It is outrageous to charge full amount for a hotel room and simultaneously charge people from the area to arrive at a big commercial party. There is no lift from the restaurant level to the room level and the stairs are very steep. Once you are there you are a captive audience so you have to eat dinner there. The menu only has one vegetarian option (pasta), but the chef was nice and made us a salad. Breakfast was limited and even though there was still time food was finished and not refilled. Check out was early, at 10 am. We did ask for a late check out because of the party, but there was no flexibility.

Excellent location with amazing views. Very nice room, comfortable bed , good evening meal outside.

Property was fine but we were unprepared for the difficulty of the access. Booking. com gave no accurate information about the difficulty of the access via a dirt road . Certainly not ideal for an ordinary family car, only really accessible with an SUV or similar. .
