They didnt allot the confirmed rooms though I reached at 10AM with family.They said there is no vacant rooms and even didn't know about my banking 😕 Then what is the meaning of advance booking.

The service is bad . There was facilities , mosquitos everywhere . The worst part is the fan , in our room 3 no of fan was there and entire night we couldn’t sleep properly coz the noise of fans and one of them is like it will fall down . No one can sleep with that kind of noise . I can suggest the owner that if you are serious about hotel business then please learn the service part first .
