INThe location is very close to the Raja Seat, if you like walking you can visit most of the places by walking as this location is close to most of the important places to visit in Madikeri. Even veg hotels like Jai Gurudev and Pakashala are close by. The host Mr. Sugun is very friendly and polite. We enjoyed interacting with him as well.
In the hall and one of the two rooms the fan was not responding to the regulator. It remained unaffected by our needs and was spinning slowly. Fortunately as the weather is cool in Madikeri, it didn't impact us much. I have told the concerned people and they said they will fix it.
