"Beautiful secluded small property. Very friendly couple who runs it."

Very friendly and helpful couple who live on-site and manage the property. Great breakfast. Made to order, fresh orange juice, wonderful coffee drinks, eggs, and good sweets. We were the only guests one day, the other day there was one other guest. They only have 4 rooms. Secluded, with wonderful views and plenty of pleasant outdoor seating.

Long access dirt road that was in good shape. Not a problem, but something to be aware of.

"Breathtakingly beautiful location with superfriendly hosts"

A little piece of paradise in Tuscany. The views were just amazing and the tranquility was super. Taking a morning walk via the quiet country road during sunrise in breathtaking landscape was something I will remember always. The rooms were spacious and the bed was nice to sleep in. The hosts were really friendly and helpful and everything worked really well. The breakfast was delicious with among other freshly squeezed orange juice and omelette. The location considering Siena and Val D'Orcia was really good.

The amount of bugs (beetles, centipedes etc) in our room was a lot. This might just be a one time happening, since no other complaints of this. The soundproofing from the adjacent rooms shower space was poor. Without these our stay would have been absolutely 10/10.

"Superb"

Beautiful setting in Tuscany, can see Montalcino. Large rooms, great breakfast cooked for you by the hosts along with making you coffee/tea/fresh juice. Hosts offered us great tips for wineries, restaurants, day trips. Great base to travel around Tuscan area. Our favourite though was Leo the Dog - super friendly and well trained

This place is so quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed every moment at Podere SAntonio!!! There is full kitchen equipped with everything you might need even on longer stay, privet restroom with shower, pool that we didn’t have time to use. And the view at the back of the house is stunning!!! Short drive to Montalcino, Montepulciano and Bagni Saint Filippo must see all! Overall this place was a highlight of our trip to Italy! Also I would like to mention the hosts. From the moment we met them we felt like we met new friends!
