Hotel is clean

We ask a tour guide they give us they said from 8-17h and its just a guide for 2000lira we got mis understanding i ask if there is a car then when we are there they said its just a guide so we need a car so they ask again 2000lira but thats not the problem we start around 9am and finish 13-13;30 and then we ask where we are going and said its finish how come they just bring ruin ephesus and in the house of virgin mary thats all very disapointed because its like a scam

This was our 4th time visiting this beautiful hotel. The reasons we keep returning: Delicious breakfast with a huge choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotless throughout the hotel and grounds. Great entertainment team.

Parking on the street in front of the hotel was easy to find. The staff was friendly. The shower had hot water, the A/C was cold, the beds were comfortable with extra pillows. The price and location were excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

in my four day stay they on cleaned the room once. breakfast lacked yogurt, fruit, and, in general, a limited assortment.

The location is very good. Easy access to the center of the city and to the istorical sites around Selcuk. Many places to visit, Ephesus, the House of the Virgin Mary, Grotto of the Seven Sleepers, Temple of Artemis. There are good restaurants around. If you like pide, you must eat at the restaurant across the street. The hotel has elevator, which was important for us. Parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast could be better, because it's Turkey, but it was okay.

Breakfast was average.

The night security was very bad because around midnight while we were asleep we were suddenly awaken by bangings at our door. We were shocked and very angry that the reception didn't answer our room service line to ask for help about our door bangings and had to call the hotel Tel to get help. We complained to the manager and was told that thie guest went to the wrong room. I explained that at that hour or the night the staff should have accompanied the guests to the correct room instead of leaving it to the guests to find their room.
