Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in/making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, please provide the following to the property upon check-in: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's valid government-issued photo ID 3) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
