This isn't the fault of the property, but I wish there was parking included as parking in Alghero is a problem !

L'emplacement est plutôt bon par rapport au centre historique ( à peine à 10 minutes à pied). L'appartement est en très bon état et très propre. Nous avons mangé matin et soir sur la cour intérieure.(Agréable car à l'ombre). Mauro, le propriétaire, est très gentil.

Si vous mangez le midi à la location, la terrasse extérieure est au soleil. Il peut faire chaud. Il peut être un peu difficile de trouver une place pour se garer dans la rue, mais Mauro peut avoir une solution.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We liked the setup of the rooms and had a lot of space. The kitchen was well equipped. We were pleased with the apartment.

It was a little bit of a walk to the historic town. When you left the apartment, the key to leave shut down all the electricity.

The courtyard is fantastic. Quiet, sun around noon, great place to hang out and try local products at home . Everything seems brand new. The bed is a bit hard, but we used the matress from the sofabed and it worked out great. We cooked our own meals several times through the week. And the kitchen is great, all though, it is maybe mostly thought as for breakfast. (Knife, peeler etc could have been great) Mauro was fantastic. We got the appartment early, but due to our flight, we were late. Still no hard feelings, and he showed us around in the neighborhood, and the best restaurants, pasta makers, parking places etc. We only got one set of keys, and that needed som planning, if we wanted to go at different times. But in sure, Mauro had given us 2 sets, if we had asked.

Comfortable setup. Ground floor with access to courtyard.. Roomy with good TV, kitchen and laundry facilities. Wonderful interesting town. Really enjoyable stay. Great hosts.

Parking was in the street but we were able to park close to the unit each time and it felt secure.

We arrived hours late but the hosts were very welcoming and understanding. Very nice property, bakeries and supermarket al very close, 10 min walk to the old city.
