The bed was very good, bathroom sitting room were all very good.

Very basic kitchen utensils.

The facility itself was great.

The furniture was horrible and very uncomfortable. It looked like they picked it up at a garage sale in the 1970’s. There was only plastic forks, not a spoon in the place and the coffee maker was so dirty I had to soak it. The instructions I received for parking were incomplete and our vehicle was towed costing us $300 USD!!!

I liked that the property included everything we need. The host responded quickly to our questions and concerns. The balcony was the best part of the stay. If we didn’t want to go out for the night, we sat in the balcony for some fresh air.

The building was a little hard to navigate. The elevator only took us to the 4th floor and we had to walk up flights of stairs with our heavy luggage.

Location and fitness amenities.

Visitor parking was on the complete opposite side of our 3rd floor apartment. Visitors parking is on the 5th floor and Not convenient at all.

Very quiet location and near the medical center.

Needs a new mattress--it's okay if you sleep in the middle but the sides are a let-down :-) A more readable map on the arrival instructions so it's easier to locate the unit would be nice.

Liked the location of the residence and how easy it was to communicate with the owner. The parking was safe in the garage and the balcony was really nice to have.

Didn't like that the bed was broken at the frame and leaned to one side more. Hurt my back when we were sleeping.

Everything was great but we didn’t have a car so all directions were from the parking garage so it was hard to find the unit for us since we came in from the front with an huber. The code for the unit did not work unless you added a check mark which was not in the instructions and the key fob instructions once inside did not indicate that it was needed trying to open gates if you did not enter through the garage. It only stated it was needed for the gym.

see above. Also there were no glasses for a drink of water but everything else was fine and clean. We will definitely stay again and again.

The location was quiet and easy to locate. The swimming pool looks good though there was no time to use it.

The sofa is so bad that I had to support it with the throw pillows. The string hurts my behind. I didn't like the fact that it was an apartment someone owns previously but which was listed on booking.com. For that reason, I couldn't get some of my packages delivered to me because my name was not on the apartment list. Moreso, the agent was not helpful as he told me point blank that I couldn't receive packages no matter how important it is. This is awful!
