"Disappointing"

Good location to what we wanted to do in our time at Houston and don’t have to worry about parking

Saw a Roach crawling along the bed frame slats. And there was a random needle in the carpet by the bed that my husband stepped on. Didn’t stay the second night.

Love the big swimming pool!

When I got to the apartment I was a little lost called the number to ask for help and the guy that answered was a little sarcastic and made me feel dumb on not knowing where my apartment was.

Needs new couch Present couch is uncomfortable and worn out. Could feel wooden struts on couch when sitting. Needs more cooking pans like a large skillet, cookie sheet, and baking dishes. Wasn’t set up for real cooking for a week stay

"nice pool good location for our needs. so much could be done with few adjustment. but saying it’s for five is reficulous"

location was key for us

it was not well stocked with essential no extra blankets. no pillow cases. ice machine didn’t work. no glassware in unit. it said it sleeps five not really. 1 queen bed. 1 Air mattress slow leak had to refill daily. if it’s for 5 why were there 4 plates 4 bowls no glassware as stated. limited silverware only for 4. stated pull out sofa was not. old drop down type. very uncomfortable no way for 2 and in bio it should state smart TV YOU NEED YOUR USERNAME PASSWORD AND YOUR CARRIER. GUESTS HAVE TO BRING THAT WITH THEM NEVER STATED. Should also have alternative coffee maker for those who like pots of coffee instead of pods

"Safe and comfortable place in downtown Houston with a straight shot to Hobby airport!"

I was unfamiliar with Houston and distraught over missing my flight out for a bachelorette party. I had to find a safe and comfortable place last minute near the airport to ensure I made rescheduled flight. The host was AMAZING! He calmed my nerves, gave me perfect directions to the facility and my room, and even told me where to find reasonably priced groceries and restaurants.

The hallways from the parking garage were a little dark for my comfort. Some brighter lighting would be great but I just made sure to stay aware of my surroundings and keep my mace in hand.
