Location was ok, clean enough.
Before booking this location, I read some reviews abiut the issues with hot water. I thought there were just some isolated events. But it appears to be a scam, probably for money saving. I hope this indeed helps the owner. We left early in the morning, did not have the breakfast.

The appartment is great for two people. It is cosy and very clean. It is located in residential aria and is quiet. Everything is as described and shown on pictures. The host is great, very friendly and the communication is easy. If we return to Ioannina, we'll definitely stay here again. Recommend it!
