The outdoor feel

Everything was so thoughtfully designed to create an amazing guest experience—beautiful infrastructure, lots of amenities in the room, and great heating, which really mattered in the cold. The common areas, like the campfire and dining space, were super cozy too. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always doing their best, and even gave us a lovely souvenir when we left."

This accommodation is a bit removed from the main attractions in the Mount Fuji area. Without a car or bike, getting around can be a bit tricky, as taxis are limited and the nearest station isn’t within walking distance. Combined with the limited English spoken by staff (a common challenge in many parts of Japan that travelers should be prepared for), it made logistics a little more complex at times. That said, with a bit of planning, it’s definitely manageable!

Facilities were very clean and nicely finished. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
