The view, the facilities, cleanliness, Antonio the host was great, the key broke and he came to fix it immediately, within 10 minutes he changed to whole locking mechanism, location was awesome, great view, close to center and close to beach

when neighbours talk on the balcony even if they talk normally it echoes quite loud in the room even with doors-windows closed.

We loved everything!! The view from the balcony, all the furniture, the way the apartment was set up, the friendly and helpful host, the convenient location- it was beyond what we thought it was going to be!

- sea view -the apartment is brand new - the guest is super helpful and he guided us to beaches and local stores - very close to the main beach - small private beach in front of the accommodation -quiet zone - not so far from the city center - good zone for runners

Wonderful spacious new modern apartments located in the center of the beautiful town of Neos Marmaras right by the sea. The area is surprisingly quiet and uncrowded, though. There is a private parking space, which is very rare for this place. We parked the car and did not use it anymore, as there are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and very good beaches on both sides of the aparthotel which can be easily reached on foot. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and carefree holiday. Excellent internet speed. The owner of the apartment, Mr. Andonis welcomed us cordially and throughout our stay took care and answered any of our requests. We will definitely come back, mr. Andonis. Thank you!

We liked the furniture Equipment, everything is New and was just built, there was everything we needed to cook with the baby, we were provided with a Baby bed, perfect location, everything close on foot (Bakery, butcher etc.) There is a small beach with small stones in Front of the building, in went there some times. The balcony had Glas so we enjoyed the nice view of the Sea even from the living room and the balcony was Safe for our Baby to play. There were complimentary drinks and Snacks from the owner and the communication with him was perfect. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there!

Everything was perfect, just the mosquito door didn't close so Well and they were some.

Location, appartment, cleanliness. We were the very first guests, suite is modern decorated bathroom living room bedroom brand new. New kitchen with all the amenities needed. Amazing view from balcony small beach across the appartment, near to beach and markets. Host is very nice available to help in anytime. Definitelly will visit it again.
