La camera e la Posizione

Forse sarebbe interessante fare una convenzione con un bar sotto la struttura per le colazioni del mattino piuttosto che tutto confezionato. Capisco che è comodo ma io sono un’amante delle colazioni e oggi domenica che in zona è tutto chiuso mi manca il cappuccino… non è invalidante ma credo che pochi si fermino in corridoio per fare colazione … però davvero è solo un consiglio se fattibile ma è stato tutto super grazie

The room was comfortable and the situation on the edge of the old city and close to the station is superb. Emilia is a very friendly and helpful host. The self-service breakfast is basic but adequate.

Check-in was a self-service effort. Quite straightforward when you knew how, but my linguistic lack of skills meant there were some misunderstandings. All fine once we understood what was required.

Everything was great. Location, only a short walk from the train station. Security, unit inside a gated building. Cleanliness, it was spotless and smelled nice. The owner even met us outside the building to make sure we did not miss it.

Nothing.

RESIDENZA VIA VERDI E' PERFETTA: VICINISSIMA ALLA STAZIONE DEI TRENI E AL CENTRO DI PARMA, LUNGO UN BEL VIALE ALBERATO. LA STANZA E' COMPLETAMENTE RISTRUTTURATA, NUOVA, BELLA, PULITISSIMA, COMODA IN AMBIENTE LUSTRO E PROFUMATO (IN BAGNO C'E' LA CUFFIA PER LA DOCCIA, BAGNOSCHIUMA, SHAMPOO). PUR NON ESSENDO COMPRESA LA COLAZIONE HO AVUTO LA GRADITISSIMA SORPRESA DI TROVARE IN CAMERA 2 BOTTIGLIETTE D'ACQUA E 2 SUCCHI (LA CAMERA E' DOTATA ANCHE DI MINI FRIGO) E BOLLITORE CON TAZZE E BICCHIERI MENTRE NEL CORRIDOIO COMUNE C'E' UN ANGOLO CON MACCHINA DEL CAFFE' E CIALDE, BUSTINE DI TE' E TISANE, BRIOCHE CONFEZIONATE, ZUCCHERO, CARAMELLE....INSOMMA TUTTO IL NECESSARIO PER UN SOGGIORNO PERFETTO IN UNA CITTA' BELLA E ACCOGLIENTE.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό

La camera era ampia e pulita. Molto gradite le bevande offerte dalla struttura. In pochi minuti da passeggiata si raggiunge il centro storico.lo staff è molto gentile.

Centralità, comodità, semplicità nell’accedervi autonomamente, spazi accoglienti, ottimi cuscini e materasso,

Forse l’unica cosa può solo essere la paura del non poter buttare carta nel gabinetto visto che l’appartamento è fornito di Sanitrit anziché di un normale classico gabinetto… Ma per il resto niente da eccepire
