Jelena was always available, just a phone call away. She is a very kind host. The studio was clean, warm, and stylish. Perfect for a couple. The mattress was comfortable. The kitchen had some pots and cuttleries so we could cook sometimes. Coffee,tea, sugar, and some spices were also provided. The view from the terrace is something special. The complex has its own spa (for charge). There is a shuttle bus right in front of the complex that goes every hour to the ski center. There are 2 restaurants and 2 small grocery stores around ( a few meters away). As our transport was leaving in the afternoon, Jelena let us do late checkout. It was a big help for us.

We experienced some refurbishment noise for 3 days. The first day was terrible. We let Jelena know, and she handled it very well. She called reception and tried to solve the problem. The following 2 days was much less noise. Kitchen towel or paper towel would be great to have.
