It was well equipped, clean and well positioned. The bed was comfortable- good mattress and linen.

I think that once the creeper on the boundary fence has grown, there will be more privacy, although I didn’t feel too exposed.

The location and views of the mountains were amazing. The bedding and towels were freshly laundered, the showers were very clean and the drains were clean it was new and had everything we needed.

A great place to relax, swim and easy walking

This 2-bedroom holiday home is in a terrific location just a short walk (2 blocks) from the centre of Riebeek-Kasteel! Both rooms are equipped with super comfortable double beds, ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air conditioning, and the main kitchen/living room area also has air conditioning. The kitchen was equipped with a fridge freezer, 4 burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. The kitchen was stocked with some basic supplies - coffee, tea, milk, and salt and pepper. There is an outdoor dining area with a woodfired braai plus a supply of wood and firelighters (which we used 2 nights out of our 3 night stay). The private pool is a bonus. Philip is a great host – he is extremely friendly and responsive. This is highly recommended!

There is nothing not to like

It felt like home from home - decor and space. The lovely patio and pool and privacy. Very nice.

I suggest a clothes horse or washline for towels. It was clean but not spotless
