Free breakfast, couple of set menus to choose from. Staff speaks good English.

A little noisy for 2 or 3 nights because the westerner folks living upstairs were drinking and blasting music till past midnight and I need to get sleep because I need to wake up at 5.30 am for a hike up Fansipan. Messaged the owner around midnight but no reply cause she slept already. Not the owners fault anyway, just the guests who don’t know how to behave themselves.

One of our favorite places to stay during our trip to Vietnam! Tam is a superwoman—checking you in while making breakfast and organizing a tour all at once! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming—it truly felt like home. Very clean rooms with heated mattresses, a variety of toiletries, and a good shower. We were lucky to have a mountain view from our room. The location is excellent—peaceful, yet close to the center of Sapa. There was a tea kettle in the room, which we really appreciated. A major plus: after checking out, we were still allowed to use the shower facilities. We had a late-night train and being able to freshen up (with towels provided at no charge!) after walking around Sapa was an absolute lifesaver.

This may have been just a coincidence, but every night we heard loud talking in Vietnamese—perhaps a neighbor coming home late, full of energy. It made it a bit hard to get a quiet night’s sleep. Earplugs helped, but it’s worth noting.

The staff is great and helpful. They are approachable and the place is clean and great.

Location is amazing, quiet but close to everything. Funicular station is only 5/10 Min walking and so the centre of Sapa.

Great location not too far from the cable car or town, has some stairs but not too bad. Nice breakfast with different options. The staff is very nice and there are some cute dogs around too.

Sometimes there wasn’t any soap/ toilet paper in the bathrooms and the trash would be overflowing.

The owner is amazing! She is always there to answer to your questions; she helped us to arrange our following trip and also after the check out she let us use the shower and offered a bed while we were waiting for the night bus.
