"Really nice stay!"

Really nice apartment with very friendly staff! We came straight from the airport before the check in time, and we could leave our luggage and the room was ready earlier than standard. The room was big, bed comfortable, and parking spots right in front of the apartment. The location was lovely and quiet, close to the Qurum beach. And the buding itself was very pretty inside!

The place is not brand new, so furniture is a bit older than on photos.

Amazing location!! Super close to the beach, supermarket 3 min walk away. The old town and the city are literally ten min by taxi. 30 min taxi from the airport. The property is just absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are massive. Truly a solid stay. I have ADHD and ocd and do the most thoroughly detailed research on where I am staying, ratings and reviews and distance to everything and this one hit EVERYTHING. Ps - it says I'm from Oman but I'm from Australia.

Everything was just absolutely amazing.

Each private realty all around the globe has the atmosphere of its owner. This villa located in the one of the best private neighborhoods of Muscat has got good and warm atmosphere because of the hospitable and open attitude of its owner. Good price quality ratio, good location, good amenities for this money, good breakfast service, the full lack of the curfew or any kind of unnecessary pressure/control. You have to respect the owners property - the owner has to respect your privacy. Definitely can recommend to stay 👍

Прекрасный и уютный дом с высокими потолками, отлично работает система кондиционирования воздуха. Хозяйка - светлый и добрый человек, на все вопросы отвечала и помогала сразу.

Комфорт и чистота, мыло в ванной комнате с отличным ароматом

Sve je bilo odlično! Svaka preporuka! Domaćin je veoma ljubazan. Pošto smo sleteli u Muskat rano, oko 5 ujutru, zamolili smo da uđemo u prepodnevnim časovima i nije bilo nikakvih problema. Lak dogovor, čistoća na vrhunskom nivou. Apartman je veoma prostran. Vraćamo se opet ovde kada dodjemo u Muskat. Ukoliko uzmete Rent a car može se parkirati ispred.
