AnnaBoutique Villa Beach, Heated Private Pool & BBQ

Wonderful host who was incredibly welcoming and helpful when needed. The privacy of the villa was fantastic so we could fully relax around the pool. The breakfast baskets were very generous indeed and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The location meant it was easy to get onto the main highway to explore the island by car and we were within walking distance of many restaurants.

It was fine for us but worth pointing out there is a steep hill from the beachfront area to the villa which less mobile people may struggle

Good location, short walk to small grocery stores, beach and restaurants. In case you want to visit Chania there is a bus stop nearby. The villa is very well equipped and the host is amazing, he is super nice and the communication is easy! The breakfast included was super nice!

Beautiful property, we had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and so welcoming on our arrival, from the generous breakfast basket to the hospitality-styled beds. We slept great every night, comfy beds and blackout curtains. Kitchen and dining area were amazing - had everything we needed to make coffee in the morning, a full dinner. The weather was cooler and rainy when we were there but the kids still had a blast in the pool. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The only caveat is that it's not really walking distance to any nearby shops or restaurants, especially in cooler weather. We didn't mind, had a rental car, but if you want to stay in a walkable area it's a little farther out - but upside is a nice and quiet neighborhood!

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht. Der Frühstückskorb ist sehr grosszügig. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 15min zum laufen ca 800m. Dort kann man Liegestühle und Schirm für 10 Euro mieten. Mit dem öffentlichen Bus beim Strand unten kommt man gut nach Chania Stadt. Fährt ca alle 20min und kostet 2.50 Euro pro Fahrt. Auch haben wir ein Auto gemietet beim Strand unten und haben für alles 50 Euro bezahlt für einen Tag. In der Unterkunft selbst hat es alles. Strandtücher, Shampoo, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspühler usw. Bei Fragen hat uns Kristoffer immer sofort zurückgeschrieben. Auch konnten wir gegen Aufpreis bis 18.00 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben da unser Flug erst um 20.45 Uhr war. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt da wir mit zwei kleinen Kinder unterwegs waren. Kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Villa accessible de la mer à pied, j’ai rarement vu une villa à la location aussi bien équipée notamment dans la cuisine, beaucoup de choses à notre disposition que nous avons vraiment apprécié. (Chaussons, serviettes, épices, café ect) La piscine est petite mais c’est très suffisant alors que nous étions 8 adultes, c’est parfait. Des bouées à notre disposition pour notre plus grand bonheur d’enfants. Petit déjeuner qualitatif et hôte réactif.

Rien, peut être le prix, plus chère comparé aux autres villas mais bon.

The villa is beautiful. There’s nothing missing from the villa that you would need, everything is provided. The pool and garden areas are great, the living area comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the the upstairs just as lovely. The villa is in a great location, 5 minutes to beaches, bars and restaurants. 15 minutes to Chania which is also a lovely town. Kristoffer cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Would definitely return to the villa.

Breakfast basket was excellent, more food than we could get through. Especially loved the fresh juice and tomatoes. Freshly ground coffee machine was also a great addition. The pool and shady outside kitchen area were lovely and we enjoyed using the barbeque and pizza oven. The large balcony with views across the bay was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. Kristoffer was helpful and responsive to any questions. Unlike many villas/ apartments in the area that we saw there was lots of planting so the outside area which is a much more welcoming environment.

Everything was great. By the end of our trip (9 days) everything was a bit sandy though, including sheets, it might have been nice to have 1 change of bed linen during the trip.

The house was perfect – clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Kristoffer, was phenomenal, always friendly and ready to help with any request. We truly felt at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
