DEA backpackers heaven, made from backpackers! Chris and Sasha established a jewel in Tofo. 2 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the village center where you get all the necessities you need. You get a discount at one of the dive centers when you stay there. The kitchen is probably the best in whole Africa. Everything is clean and there's so much heart in every little detail. You would miss the best time of your life if you're not staying there

DEchoice of my whole trip to go to kitesurf Tofo! I spend there two weeks, learned how to kitesurf (chris, the owner of the kite-school, is a great teacher) at a wonderful beach. The accomadation is beautiful and the atmosphere even more. You'll meet there really nice and interesting othere travelers and Sasha and Chris manage somehow to creat a surrounding that lets you want to stay way longer than you've planed. Highly recommended!
PLVery nice place run by a lovely couple from Holland, short walk to the main beach and town centre (but steep stairs and partially not lit at all after dark so a torch is useful;)), also not long and pleasant walk to Tofinho (actually the walking options on Tofo beaches are amazing), very nice garden with various seating options, fridge with inexpensive beer available on the spot, kitchen very well equipped for your own cooking. The owners also have surfing equipment and run kite lessons but we haven't used it - other guests seemed happy though. There's a nice atmosphere in the venue in general, the owners make everyone feel welcome and often interact with guests in shared areas. Loved our stay there.

ITNice hosts and nicely decorated. The towels were nice but I would have preferred to have 2 per person.
No aircon (rarely available in this area), brown water in the whole area, cause there’s too much iron in it.
MZThe owners are amazing: conversative, were there to help on everything, happy to give directions on where to find things and go to hangout around town. Not to mention the amazing home-made oven pizza we had in the backyard High value for money, specially for single travelers The place is very close to the beach Made friends from all over the world
Lack of wi-fi A rule book in the wall for the dorms could avoid misunderstandings between roommates
