I visited this so called resort on 16th Nov 2024 after booking 2 rooms from Booking.com. Before reaching their place, I even messaged the property that I will be reaching on said date to which no one replied. I reached the property at 1400 Hrs after driving all the way from ahmedabad, the receptionist SHAKIL seemed a bit cunning. He alloted me Room 301 and Room 302. When i reached the room, it was in horrible condition (photos attached): 1. Smelly washroom 2. Leaking ceiling of washroom 3. Broken toilet sheet 4. Dirty wash basin 5. Broken faucets 6. Never cleaned drawers 7. Bed with broken plyboard 8. No TV at its place I immediately reached the recepton and told him that i booked a "Garden view room" but this room is neither garden view nor in habitable condition. To this he replied we only provide this type of rooms to Booking.com users. Garden view room is for make my trip users. I requeste him to shift our rooms but he refused. He blatantly told me to cancel the room. I was surprised with his arrogance and rudeness and had no option left after reaching gir driving 400 Km. I left the reception and called booking.com customer care. The customer care took immediate action and emailed the owner of property. After few minutes, SHAKIL sent one of his associated to set a bargain with me. He offered to change 1 room of ours and the other room will be same. We outrightly refused. He himself came after some time and started apologising that he has given my room to someone else and thats why he provided wrong room to me. He even offered us complementary dinner as a regret. All I will say is try to avoid this property if you are going with family because these type of people will create unnecessary mental stress and ruin your trip. Also remember this : NEVER EVER TAKE ROOM NO. 301 and 302.

Property denied the stay stating it is fully occupied though I had confirmation receipt

Totally wildlife experience!

The staff was friendly and cooperative.

The breakfast was good. the location was bit odd. The main road was about 1Km from the property.

Need some maintenance.

Location, staff and facilities available were up to date.

Rooms were humid due to rainy season which can be kept clean for booked visitors
