Great staff and support; trek through jungle was incredible

Very relaxed atmosphere. Our hosts prepared a simple Supper for us the night we arrived. We did the Mountains to Sea Tour with Edgar and it was fantastic. He made sure we enjoyed every aspect of the trip. The breakfasts were delicious.

The internet is not great here, but so what. Great place to unwind.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and tidy. The bathroom was equally clean and comfortable, a valuable thing after spending the day hiking. The hotel's staff was very courteous and helpful, taking care of our muddy clothes. Breakfast really good. All in all, a great place to stay in Santa Fe while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The hotel has a beautiful view and has a very lovely breakfast area.

My room was private, clean and quiet with a very nice view from the patio. Great hot water. Loved having breakfast served on my patio each morning. Very convenient having a coffee maker in the room. A personal hammock on the patio.

The room was small and plain. No TV, but that didn't affect my stay. There isn't much to the property itself other than your room. This is not a coffee plantation. There is a common covered patio area where internet is available (just ok). Would have enjoyed more guidance as to local trails and restaurants. While located in beautiful surroundings, Santa Fe itself was disappointing - just not much there. Strongly recommend confirming weather conditions prior to your stay: the trails themselves and unpaved access roads can become impassable after the rain.

Gorgeous property on the outskirts of town that can provide a lot of information on the hiking and other activities in the area. They have rubber boots for you to borrow if the trails are muddy. And we went on a short self-guided river tubing excursion, with which they took care of the transport and equipment. They also have a small fridge with cans of soda or beer for sale that you can enjoy after a day on the river or in the forest.

They offer wifi in the common areas but it's not a strong signal, much better to use your data.
