Casa vacanze Iremía

The house is just incredible! We felt at home ever since the moment we arrived there. Everything is very clean, tidy, and well maintained, which is much appreciated. The upstairs terrace has a nice view and also a place to wash clothe which comes in handy if you’re traveling for several days. The location is just the best (5 minutes walking to the centre and 12 minutes from the train station), which is close but far enough to have a nice walk to reach the restaurants, stores and Lamamonachile beach.

Se trata de una antigua casa de pueblo restaurada. Como muchas de las casas de Polignano, se accede a las plantas superiores, donde se ubican las estancias, mediante unas escaleras estrechas y empinadas, sobre todo de la planta intermedia a la planta superior. En la primera planta se ubica una habitación junto a la sala/comedor y un pequeño baño. En la segunda planta, otra habitación con otro baño y una amplia terraza. Las camas son cómodas y todo estaba impecable, nivel de limpieza insuperable. Dispone de una máquina de café, tabla de planchar y plancha, no así lavadora. 1 máquina de aire acondicionado, una por planta. Está muy bien ubicado, a pasos de la calle peatonal donde se localizan muchos de los restaurantes. Las vecinas, en esa calle y en otra colindante aún tienen la costumbre de salir con sillas a tomar la fresca y charlar, como se hacia antes en muchos pueblos. Todas muy simpáticas y dispuestas a ayudar.

La cama de la primera planta, siendo matrimonial, es pequeña. La ducha del baño de la segunda planta es muy pequeña.

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it! The apartment is very clean, well equipped with everything you might need to cook and the terrace area is so picturesque - great for watching the sunset! The hosts were very kind, even letting us check in early, which was incredibly helpful. The apartment is air conditioned and thus a welcome break from the polignano sunshine. In addition, it is located centrally and has access to everything you may need - beaches, restaurants supermarkets etc. Cannot recommend enough!

La struttura è centrale e i proprietari sono davvero gentili. La casa è pulita e ordinata in modo impeccabile, c’è tutto il necessario a disposizione. Un terrazzo davvero stupendo dove fare colazione o delle cene all’aperto.

The beds were uncomfortable and the stairs were very steep.

Spacious, clean, cozy apartment with extremely comfortable beds. Friendly hosts. Big terrace where we had all our breakfasts.

Nothing - we were happy we have chosen this place to stay.

It was amazingly located from all the beautiful sights of polignano. The owner and her son were so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.

the beds weren’t that comfortable so both myself and my friend had some problems with our backs and sleep. But these beds could be super comfortable for someone else.

the property is very spacious, high ceiling, it has to separate bedrooms in different floors, so ideal for two couples or two families. Also have separate bathrooms and even fridges:) Nice balcony and big private terrace, unfortunately it was raining then we visited, so we didn’t used that:( but I can just imagine, how nice could it be when it’s warm:) The flat has air conditioning, also was helpful when it was cold. In the kitchen was everything you need. and it was clean.
