Очень уютно, очень чисто, наш номер был на 3 этаже, вид прекрасен! Завтраки отличные , хочется вернуться снова сюда.

The location is excellent, almost in the very centre of Samarkand, with plenty of parks and major sights within walking distance. It’s a lovely area for evening strolls, and it always feels nice coming back after a day out. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, always happy to share tips about the city and assist with any travel-related questions. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioning that also worked for heating, which was particularly useful given the cool and rainy weather during our stay. A nice touch was the heated bathroom floor, as well as the inclusion of breakfast. We also appreciated having an iron and an ironing board directly in the room - something that isn’t always standard in guest houses. We used the laundry service and had no issues. Although the room didn’t have a desk, I was able to work comfortably with my laptop in the shared kitchen area, which worked well enough. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved.

Sound insulation in our ground-floor room was quite poor. We could constantly hear either water running through the pipes or a pump switching on and off. The bathroom features a large corner bathtub, which is great in theory, but there was no plug, making it difficult to actually use it as a bath. Additionally, after one person used hot water, there wasn’t enough left for a second person, who had to settle for lukewarm water. The wardrobe could benefit from having more hangers, as it was difficult to properly organize clothes or hang multiple freshly ironed items without them getting creased. Breakfast was somewhat inconsistent. The first morning was quite disappointing - we were offered coffee or tea, a glass of juice, and basic sandwich ingredients (cheese, cold cuts, butter, and bread), which wasn’t very filling. Because of that, we considered going to a nearby café instead the next day. The second breakfast was better, with the addition of a small portion of cottage cheese and what seemed like a single-egg omelette. The third breakfast was similar or slightly more varied. Still, the breakfasts could be improved by making them more substantial - for example, including porridge or a more filling hot dish like eggs with sausages.

Завтраки очень понравились. Мы отдыхали там 7 дней и ни разу ничего не повторилось. Все вкусное и свежее. Выходили из за стола с полными животами, еще и с собой прихватывали. Все было классно. Всем советуем именно этот гостевой дом. Хозяева очень хорошие, спокойные. Если что то попросить, не откажут. Домашняя обстановка. Все было просто супер.

Слышно, как спускаются по лестнице и шумят. Но это не критично.
