Spacious room, quiet street in excellent location. Very clean, good lighting, good AC

Bathroom and toilet are separate and both cupboard size. No set down space at all. Too cramped. Breakfast choice limited, serves stale bread

The hotel is perfectly located, it’s in the middle of the city but yet in a very quiet street. The staff was extremely kind, and they prepared a really nice and harty breakfast.

The water pressure of the shower was a bit weak and also the wi-fi was slow

Breakfast varies every day, good quality, sufficient quantity :-) Crystal staff speak at least English, Russian and Uzbek languages, we didn't try others :-) Very friendly atmosphere, they are all very helpful. Every day very accurate room cleaning, coolers at every floor as well as kettles and free tea bags/sugar/sweets. One can drink green or black tea all day long! :-) Air conditioning works impeccable.

The beds in the room we stayed in were a bit "tired", strangely there is only general light in the room, no night light near the bed :-(

In a guest house is always about the host, they are very nice people who want to keep the tradition. They helped us with information and organizing a day out of the city. Very nice and well-kept house on 3 floors, with everything and very clean. The lady of the house, made us find everything at breakfast, the biggest surprise: excellent traditional homemade donuts and soft cheese/ricotta pancakes!

The staff is super friendly! The location is extremely central and the view from our room was fantastic. The room large and very nicely arranged. The bed extremely comfortable. Super clean!! The breakfast was very abundant and varied.

As Italians, we would have enjoyed more fresh bakery and freshly baked cakes for breakfast

We spent a week at the Crystal Guest House on the occasion of an international conference at Samarkand State University. Due to flight delays, we arrived after 3 a.m. and were warmly welcomed by the owner. Our room was very nice and cozy, large, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. From the window you can see the Temirlan mausoleum. The Registan and all major sights as well as the university can be reached within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very plentiful and varied, simply delicious. Every wish is fulfilled by the friendly staff. On the last day we were picked up at 3 a.m. for transport to the airport. I had forgotten my hat in the room and the hotel employee brought it to me at the airport. An incredible service! If we are in Samarkand once more, we will definitely stay at Crystal Guest House again!
