Very good communication by the host, well equipped apartment and large swimming pool and insight restaurant and cafe.

Toilets sinks need to be cleaned for the water to smoothly drain. No hangers in the toilets to hang the towels. Lots of small ants that requires pest-control.

It was a disaster. When I arrived to the property there was absolutely no tissues, soap, water… the bathroom was broken, there was no soap and nothing was working. The bedroom has zero lights so you can’t see anything at night.

Nothing I have complaint the abusive behaviour by the host to me as a guest and booking.com has assured me 100% refund.

The host is extremely rude. After giving keys to us I texted them telling them the heating is not working for which I had to do constant reminder for three days during my 5 day trip. The host abused me over the text message that you think you are in London, we do not need guests like you, this is not hotel, this is apartment and we are the best. Then after three days the electrician arrived when I was out without any notice. I was told to come back I left my dinner came back and the electrician had gone. There were no handwash provided in bathrooms, only one small bottle of shampoo and bodywash provided which finished after first use. No toilet rolls and no bin bags provided. When asked the host said we are very busy and cannot provide anything. Mattress in one of the bedrooms was extremely uncomfortable - very hard. Lots of noise from surrounding apartments all night - which didn’t let us sleep. There is no one to complain or ask for help as the host will always say they are very busy people and will not come. Host’s response below to my feedback prove my point of their rude and abusive behaviour. These are exactly the kind of comments they made on whatsapp to me. I am appalled to see how low this host can go with his customers that he has used such a low weapon of accusing a father of two kids of bringing prostitute - just because he could not handle the truth about their service in this review. My advice to anyone who is booking this never book this apartment as I do not wish anyone alone or with family to be treated the way he treated me, who was traveling with children. Due to no heating in the bedroom my son got ill - but the host knowingly delayed sending the electrician to fix it. Not provided other required promised services despite me raising this with them. Another downside is that the property is in the middle of nowhere. Far from old town(medina), no nearby nice restaurant, no nearby shops.

It was a really nice and wonderful experience during our stay in this apartment. Frankly nothing to say everything was perfect we loved the aesthetically pleasing interior design very cozy atmosphere .The entire apartment was air-conditioned in each of its rooms a beautiful kitchen with all the cooking equipment very nice and clean bathrooms And a very cozy living room a balcony with a Pool view .The residence where the apartment is located is very large with beautiful gardens and two swimming pools ,located in the city areas but not too far from the city centre . But the highlight of our stay is the kindness of the staff of the residence from the moment we arrived the security helped us park the car the residence parking lot and took our bags with us to the apartment , one time we had a problem with tv we contacted them and. they cam in and fixed it immediately they were so kind and welcoming and overall such warm hearted people
