"Breve ma intenso"

Posizione centrale, appartamento funzionale e insonorizzato, nonostante fosse in centro con le finestre chiuse c'era molta pace. Gentile il proprietario. Parcheggio conveniente ( pradella) a 15 minuti di cammino

"Ottimo soggiorno in centro in un appartamento ampio e confortevole."

La posizione centrale, presenza dell'ascensore, grandezza dell'alloggio, bagno ampio, tranquillità, parcheggio a pagamento a pochi minuti a piedi.

Metterei due chiavi nel caso ci si divida o si torni tardi la sera, manca possibilità di citofonare e farsi aprire perchè sui citofoni manca la targhetta.

"Nella tera dei Gonzaga."

Appartamento con soppalco molto carino con vista su un cortile tranquillo anche se in pieno centro. Cucina attrezzata ed ampio soggiorno. Letto confortevole e bagno con doccia. Palazzo d'epoca munito di ascensore. Gestore sempre contattabile e cortese.

Per la preparazione del caffè è presente solo la moka. L'illuminazione del bagno limitata per un guasto momentaneo.

Posizione ottima, palazzo stupendo con scale magnifiche, anche se senza ascensore. Cortile del palazzo molto bello e curato.

Migliorerei la pulizia e il bagno che è grande ma il lavandino è un lavamani, non comprendo perché, ci sarebbe tutto lo spazio per mettere un mobile bagno o un lavandino più grande. È la doccia funziona malissimo. Si può usare solo il doccino.
