Very clean and helpful staff.

Extremely loud music played until 3am. From 9pm no staff were on reception, despite knocking their door. I also text multiple times asking about the music and still to this day have not received a response or explanation or sorry.

They offered Airport pickup that I had to pay separately and me and my wife waited for 30 minutes under the sun for it.

The airport pickup arrived late. We waited 20 minutes under the sun even if they had the flight number and they werte advised in advance. The position is very bad, there are no lights on the road to reach the hotel and the road is unpaved. The size of the room is much smaller than what you see from the picture and also the bed is not a double bed but just 1.5. The bathroom is too small for european people, I couldn't sit on the toilet, I was hitting my knees on the wall in front (I am 178cm, not 230cm...) The try to oversell everything. For each of the proposal that they will provide, you can find anything with less then half the price if you go to the town and look by yourself. Don't book motorcycle or trips from them. The heater in the bathroom is not working, most of the time you will have to make cold showers. They will complain and ask you (outside of the official Booking channel) to pay for things that they told that you broke. They wrote me asking for money for broken stuffs in the room: I always take picture of places before leaving and once that I told them about that, they sent me excuses saying that the thing looked like it was broken, but it wasn't.

Jessica and husband were superb in accommodating us , very helpful in guiding us and organising transport. Breakfast is fabulous and they go the extra mile to please their guests.

This is a beautiful, quiet setting away from the noise of the city. The staff, Nelson and Jessica are quite simply the best I have ever encountered. They provided excellent food, hospitality, and guidance for tours and transportation. I look forward to returning and will spend more time there in the future.

Nice quite place

Far from the center, Scooter is a must, but easy to get it on site. Shower is small.

Jessica and her husband were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Location is a bit far off the beaten path, but the owners provided transportation when needed for a very cheap price.
