"Unsafe and unwelcoming"

Only positives were cleanliness, warmth, .and good wifi

Leaking kettle. Loose toilet seat. Shower off taps difficult to regulate. Broken hot tap. Therefore, the bathroom is hazardous. Gas fire not working. Light over mirror in bedroom not working. No bulbs in wall lights. Only TV is a fire stick. No written info about the place, no fire regulations, no fire precautions, no emergency numbers, no instructions for any appliance - TV, microwave, cooker, heating.etc. No welcome pack. Dried up coffee and stained sugar presumably left by other guests. No washing up liquid. I was told sharply,'We don't provide anything like that'. The place needs refurbishment. As it is now, it is unsafe and unwelcoming.

Lovely location just 5 mins from the centre of Bridlington nice and quiet.lovely park across the road which my granddaughter loved shops and amenities close by

Nothing to dislike the apartment was nice and cosy
