Good heating, nice and modern

Check in time could be earlier, I prefer mid day but most seem to be 2pm onwards so it's in line with others.

"ok but the bed situation let it down as everything else was lovely."

the location was perfect for us. Bfast we wasn't bothered about so we just had toast and that was fine

We booked for 4 people but the pull out bed was missing was looked like the mattress so one of my children slept on the sofa and the other had to sleep on the floor wasnt the best.
