Good location, room are very mediocre. Very old door windows

Location was bit interior, breakfast could have been included in the cost.

No lift, rooms was decent and overpriced.

The location is scenic, quiet, and full of the Southern Province vibe. The stuff is exceptionally friendly and always helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers and were always there. A good example for other neighboring resorts on how it should be.

The air conditioner external block hangs directly outside the balcony door, so the sound propagates into the room to some extent.

Rooftop pool was very nice!! Located on the beach with a really nice view, staff was really nice and helpful, provided very big breakfast every morning

Amazing location beside a stunning beach. Staff were caring especially when a couple of us were a bit unwell. Food was tasty and well-priced.

Shower recess was faulty which made showers difficult.

Over looking the beach

This hotel room was not up to standard for the cost. Exposed wiring on the fan. Part of the shower door did not exist. Cokaroach, in the bathroom, breakfast was average. I got a room in Ella for half the price that was clean, good breakfast, etc etc.
