The Palm Seychelles

Warm welcome by very friendly staff that was always approachable. Our appartment (highest up) had a generous layout for 2 adults and 2 kids. Every room is airconditioned, wlan availability was great, only short electricity outage. The terrace has mega view on sea and islands - allowing beautiful sunset experiences and views into the mountains. The Beau Vallon beach is in close reach, but we recommend a car to move around the island. The appartment is generally serviced and cleaned every day reliably. The fridge and freezer have a good size and the washing machine was great. The location is close to dmaller shops where ypu can buy stuff for eating and drinking. ATM and Pharmany + Petrol Station also in Beau Vallon, so close by.

We had a great stay, but there is always sth to improve, no? So the pool might be bit bigger, but the beach towel service is great and this is where we were mostly: at the beach.

This property is fabulous. Unfortunately, we stayed only for three nights but we had to leave the property early in the morning for our flight back. We stayed in the villa which was very spacious. The rooms were clean and the staff at your disposal, especially Rosita. There’s a waterfall nearby so you can enjoy the sound of water and birds and the view of stunning and relaxing nature around. The best moment was the rain in the evening when friends of mine and I were sipping coffee outside.

The villa is kinda harder to reach especially by foot but it’s worth it.

Good balcony where we spent most of the time. Spacious kitchen that was fairly well equipped (sharp knives etc) though a few new items would help. The bed was also comfortable. There was also a nice touch to the place, with flowers etc. It has a pool that's not much for the world, but it's a fairly nice area to chill. And while the place is pretty far into nowhere, it's pretty quiet which is a bonus (aside from dogs barking).

They call themselves "Luxury apartment" and Booking.com considers this place "Superb" which it does not live up to. The interior is old and was probably never that nice in the first place. Doors fall off the hinges. Toilet was turned off because it was leaking. There are stains and damages on basically every single wall. And the place was very dirty. We asked to cancel the booking but they were only willing to do a big cleaning and fix some of the issues. While we appreciated this, it still left us disappointed. Also note that in terms of price, this was one of the most expensive stays in Seychelles we had, and it was the worst. Overall I'd say the place would have been okay if the place was clean and actually taken care of, but the experience we had was a pretty upsetting end to our trip.

Nice location with lots of green trees around, a mountain river just outside the territory border, and big turtles on site. Very good personal, specifically Rositta, she can get you anything - car rental, trip location advice, sim card, transfer, where to buy certain food. Delicious breakfast and a good cleaning, attention to clients, especially to kids. Beau Vallon Beach is about a 20m walk but is not feasible to visit it on foot due to extreme heat and a busy road, consider renting a car or travel by bus.

The furniture is a bit old but still functional. Some faucets aren't mounted sturdily.

Breakfast was good, with fresh fruits, bread, jams and omlett. The appartment is spacious and you can find everything you need in the kitchen. Two bedroom and two bathroom, perfect for families. They have two turtles, so great for children to check on them and feed them. The host is always ready to help, give recommodations and call us a taxi.

Location is not central. You will either need a rental car or a taxi to go to restaurant or beach.

Very nice Administrator Samantha. Also, good location, if you like quiet place. Fine working air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms are a great sound. The view from the kitchenwindow to honeythree with triton is absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable bed with hard matrass, good parking.

There are some bad things: 1. There aren't necessary things in the kitchen, like sugar, salt and etc. 2. The second bathroom isn't cold water, so you have shower only with extremely hot water. 3. All things you have to asks from staff, like hairdryer, towels, make the water warmer on mornings 4. The furniture is a little bit old, like curtains. But it doesn't matter 5. The Administrator Rosita is unfriendly, she is getting answers for your requests maybe next day, maybe not
