Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated. Nice park a few blocks away. Walking distance to shops. Pictures online were a good representation of interior.

Being right next to an Asian restaurant, every evening we tried opening windows to try and cool down apartment, the stinky grease smells from restaurant filled the room…not pleasant. Also exterior entrance of property needed some attention. It appears to have been untended for some time. Bathroom was a very tight fit and there were no outlets which made getting ready each day difficult as there was no mirror in master bedroom.

The living room is quite spacious, the kitchen is a good size, and the beds are comfortable.

The restroom's dimensions are notably compact, limiting available space. The door lock is misaligned, preventing secure closure. Furthermore, the bathroom lacks a functional locking mechanism, compromising privacy, and the ventilation system is inoperative. The dining utensils were insufficient, with only three forks provided for a party of four. Additional concerns were noted regarding the sofa's condition and the curtain fixture. The advertised amenities, specifically a dishwasher and tumble dryer, were not present. The absence of a light switch in the corridor near the bedroom, which leads to the restroom, poses a safety hazard, particularly at night, given the proximity of the staircase. This situation increases the risk of accidental falls. Consequently, it was necessary to leave the corridor light illuminated overnight. These accommodations require enhancements to meet expected standards. My experiences in other four-star apartments have demonstrated a higher level of operational excellence.

This is our second visit to this property. It is 3 minutes walk to our friends who have moved down here. Modern yet calm feel makes it easy to relax. Good parking. Close to local shops and places to eat.
