"Good value property with nice pool, handy for beaches. Watch out for construction noise and monkeys"

Great pool and location.

Noise form construction site nearby. Bathroom/toilets looks a bit tired. Some broken tiles around pool and exterior lights not working. Monkeys stole food and were a nuisance.

Pool area was nice, comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. Close to many restaurants, about a 5-10 min walk uphill.

Outdoor kitchen was not great with all of the monkeys. Only 2 sun chairs for 4 people. Water pressure in shower was not great.

"The best villa with visiting monkeys.. 🙊"

The property was lovely, loved the outdoor approach. Even the bathroom was semi outside… loved it. (Lots of steps so would be an issues with people suffering mobility issues.) The property was clean, comfy beds, super helpful/friendly staff, scooters for hire (very reasonable), fridge full of beer (extra cost), provided filtered water, coffee/tea, cold air-con, safe, inviting pool, grounds very well maintained…. Just lovely. Nothing negative really except only two sun beds when there were 4 of us. You could have a visit from the local monkeys.. we did they were so entertaining.. that was a bonus. 🐵 Walking distance to bars and restaurants, you may need a scooter to see more of Uluwatu. There’s also reasonable Grab scooters or taxis too. Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back. 😊

The location was good. The pool was clean and refreshing. The villa was very private feeling. The fridge was stocked with cold beer available to purchase which was nice.

The place is more run down that the photos show. The host was not very responsive to some of my questions. There were no mirrors in the air conditioned space that were useable. They claimed that staff/security were there 24/7, but often when I went to the office no one was there and it was locked. Dishes were dirty and the sponge to clean them was very old and disgusting.

We were not overwhelmed by the property - sorry

The set up was strange and the stairs quite dangerous. It rained so they were really slippery so we had to be very cautious.
